What are replacement Kimble Gun Needles?
Kimble gun needles are small, sharp, and pointed metal rods that are used in conjunction with a tagging gun to attach tags or labels to products. They come in various sizes and shapes to accommodate different types of tags and fabrics, and proper use and disposal are essential for workplace safety. All of our replacement needles are supplied in a pack of 5.
How do you put a replacement needle in a Kimble Gun?
- First, turn the needle lock to release the old needle. Remove it by pushing it out of the gun with your finger.
- Next, insert the new needle into the needle socket on the gun, making sure it is securely in place. Turn the needle lock back to the locked position.
- Finally, test the gun to make sure the new needle is working properly by tagging a sample item.
It is important to use the correct size and type of needle for the product being tagged to avoid damage or injury. Additionally, when not in use, keep replacement needles stored in their original packaging and quickly dispose of the old ones. Once installed, the safety cap that is supplied with all of our Kimble Guns should be used.
