We understand that a promise is only fulfilled when it is delivered. To ensure timely and reliable delivery, we work with one of the largest courier companies in the UK.

For customers with postcodes in Zone A, we offer a Next-Day delivery service via DHL. This service is tracked and insured for your peace of mind. However, if your delivery postcode falls within Zones B, C & D, your shipment will be delivered using a different service. Please note that this service may take up to 48 hours after dispatch.

If you have purchased small and low-value items, we can consider using Royal Mail for delivery. To learn more about this option, please contact our sales team at 01329 842000.

When Will My Order Reach Me?

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. Please note that processing will begin on Monday for weekend orders.

Next Day Delivery

If you require your order urgently, you can request a next-day delivery service by calling us on 01329 842000. Please note that an additional charge of £3 (excluding VAT) will be applied to the standard delivery fee. We will make every effort to confirm the availability of stock and process your order promptly. However, we recommend that you make your request before 2pm, as courier collections usually take place around that time.

Same Day Delivery

If you require same-day delivery but are unable to collect, please call us on 01329 842000 to discuss. This service is subject to stock availability and can incur additional costs, but we have assisted several customers who have urgently needed their goods.

How Much Will Delivery Cost?

We offer free delivery within Zone A for orders over £250 (Ex VAT). Our courier service operates Monday to Friday and we’ll dispatch your items promptly.

Pallet Deliveries

We would like to inform you that some of our larger products may be shipped on a pallet due to their fragile nature and size. The cost for this service will be displayed in your basket at the checkout. Upon dispatch, we will notify you that it is a palletised delivery.

We offer two pallet services: a standard 48-hour service and a 24-hour service. If you need an urgent delivery, please give us a call at 01329 842000 to upgrade to the 24-hour service. Please note that the cost of upgrading will depend on your location.

For palletised deliveries, please keep the following in mind:

  • The driver will unload the goods at the curbside. They may offer to deliver to your door, but this is not guaranteed.
  • The driver needs easy access to your property. They must have a place to stop and manoeuvre the vehicle.
  • The driver will try to unload using their tail lift first. However, for large/heavy items where this is not possible, they may request that you have access to a forklift. If you don’t have one, items may need to be handballed off safely.

Where We Deliver

We do offer international delivery; however, the delivery cost will be quoted separately. If you are located outside the UK mainland, please get in touch with us at 01329 842000 or email us at [email protected] to receive a delivery quote.

Please note that there may be additional shipping charges for non-mainland locations. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO BOX.

Signing For Goods Is Essential

Our courier service requires a signature as proof of delivery and to confirm that the goods have been received in good condition. If you ask the driver to leave the goods in a specific location without obtaining a signature, we cannot take responsibility for any potential loss or damage.

The Option To Collect

For those who prefer to collect their order in person, you can do so at our trade counter located in Fareham, Hampshire. However, please wait for us to confirm that your order is ready for collection before you arrive.

Products in Stock

We stock most of the products displayed on our website at our warehouse located in Fareham. Our daily courier collection takes place at approximately 3.30 pm from Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 2 pm will most likely be processed on the following day.

However, some products may be shipped directly from our factories due to their size or number of variants. These items can be delivered within 2-3 working days unless specified otherwise.

Please note that products such as retail furniture including counters and showcases are made to order. For these products, there will be a lead time specified in the product details. Our quoted lead time may sometimes be longer than the actual time required for production. We prefer to under-promise and over-deliver, so it’s always worth confirming with our sales team whether we can deliver your order earlier than expected.
