Customer service matters
As part of our ongoing commitment to flawless customer service, we provide an easy returns service if something goes wrong with your order
Our display experts always want you to receive the best service, but very occasionally something goes wrong. If you have any problems with your purchase, call our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your goods. They will help you to organise a return and where appropriate, a refund.
Faulty, incorrect or damaged goods
Contact us on 01329 842 000 within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Our customer services team will organise a refund or swap as appropriate.
Incorrect or faulty goods should then be sent back to The Display Centre within 14 days of their delivery. Any broken items will be refunded or replaced as required.
Non-damaged items
If your item is not damaged, please call our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your goods. You can return them for a full refund if they are unused and in their original packaging. All original carriage charges are non-refundable, and the cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility. When doing so, it is best to obtain proof of postage from your courier. If an item arrives in our warehouse after 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return, it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please keep in mind that bespoke items or products made specifically for you, such as branded items, are not refundable.
If you made a payment by card for your order, then your refund will be put back onto the same card within 24 hours of our receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be for the amount paid at the time of purchase, taking into account any discounts that were applied.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
