All Slat shelves are designed to fit directly into the slats of your existing MDF Slatwall panel. You simply insert the rear of the shelf into the groove of the panel and allow it to sit naturally. To help you identify which part of the shelf goes into the Slatwall, simply locate the 2 clips that have been attached to the rear of the product.
This shelf is manufactured from 3mm thick clear acrylic and comes in a range of different sizes. The unit sits at a right angle to the wall and includes folds at the side to offer additional support. It also includes a front lip to stop products from falling off the front. It is one of our most popular styles of acrylic shelves.
Features of our Slatwall Shelf with Side Supports & Lip:
- Manufactured from clear acrylic
- Available in a choice of 6 different sizes
- Can hold up to 3kg in weight
- UK manufactured
How much weight can this Slatwall shelf hold?
Whilst the side supports offer a higher weight load than other shelves, they are still limited by the amount that can be displayed on them. Therefore, we would not recommend displaying anything heavier than 2kg on the narrower shelves, and 3kg on the wider ones. Alternatively, if you do need to display heavier items on your Slatwall panels, then we would recommend using a wooden shelf on some of our Slatwall Wooden Shelf Brackets. Nevertheless, these shelves still allow you to display a larger number of products and can be used to create great displays.
