We understand that a promise is only fulfilled when it is delivered. To ensure timely and reliable delivery, we work with one of the largest courier companies in the UK.

For customers with postcodes in Zone A, we offer a Next-Day delivery service via DHL or Parcelforce. This service is tracked and insured for your peace of mind. However, if your delivery postcode falls within Zones B, C & D, your shipment will be delivered using a different service. Please note that this service may take up to 48 hours after dispatch.

How Much Will Delivery Cost?

As this item is under £250, delivery will be £9.95 ex VAT for deliveries within Zone A.


When Will My Order Reach Me?

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. Please note that processing will begin on Monday for weekend orders.

Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive incorrect or faulty goods, please contact us at 01329 842 000 within 48 hours of delivery. Our customer service team will assist you in arranging a refund or exchange.


Unwanted Items

If your item is undamaged, kindly contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving it. You may return the item for a full refund within 14 days of its delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

Please note that the original carriage charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage from your courier when returning the item. If the item reaches our warehouse after 14 days, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
